Pls tell. Me any helpful. Advice for using opks I would really appreciate it! I'm using wondfos for the first. Time this month :) thanks!

Don't use first morning urine as the LH surge usually starts in the early hours of the morning but won't be processed by your body and show up in your urine until several hours later. So it's best to test in the afternoon or evening. Reduce drinking for the 2 hours before you test and hold your pee for those 2 hours before you test also. If your pee is too diluted it's not good. It's not considered a positive opk unless your test result line is as dark or darker than the control line. Good luck!
