period cramps
I get terrible and I mean....TERRIBLE period cramps...complete with nausea , lower back pain & diarreah :( // heat patches work ocassionally, but not always. Any meds or natural remedy recommendations? Seems like nothing has been working for me to eliminate the horrible pain....
