what's wrong

So after my period I started to discharge excessively and I thought it might be a yeast infection but it's not cottage cheese looking at all. It's more like clear to slightly milky but it's smells weird and my vulva feels dried out and red. What could it be and why is it happening. Literally happens every time I get off my period
