Boy or Girl?

I had my 13 week ultra sound for Genetic testing. My nurse guest that the gender is male but she said it's a 80% Chance that she's right. Anyone experience this?? She mentioned something like the bum bump🤔 see the little arrow. Thanks in advance for your input!!
