non hormonal birth control

Hello. I'm looking for types of non-hormonal birth control. I had the IUD and I don't want to get the copper one. I've been on birth control for years and I'm getting older, I want to lessen the medications I put in my body. I've just started using this app and have learned about checking CM and my cervical position. I've been irregular all my life. Are there methods or non-hormonal birth control anyone can suggest?
