I'm 3 months pp and have lost a total of 35 pounds averaging about 5lbs every 4-6 weeks.. how long did you stay losing weight while breastfeeding ?

I'm 5.5 months pp and have lost 50 pounds, I'm thinner than my pre preg weight

Not losing anything after the initla weight loss. I have a high metabolism, working out and eating clean. Was easy to shed weight before breastfeeding.

For those losing the weight; are you dieting/eating really healthy? Or eating whatever you want? Are eating whenever you're hungry? I want to continue to lose weight while BF but Im not sure how Im suppose to go about that.

I lost 30 lbs exactly nine days after u had my last little one .. I contribute the easy weight loss 100% to breastfeeding.  I think it varies from woman to woman and it also depends on your activity level , metabolism, how often l.o I'd nursing and your diet.  Just make sure you are eating enough.  I know the weight loss can be intoxicating,  especislly when it happens so quickly,  but it's important to keep high healthy calories in your body so the quality od your milk stays good.  You also want to make sure there are enough nutrients left for your body as well.  Sounds like you're losing plenty of weight.  Just keep in being healthy 💙💜💙💜
