rude doctors surgery

Sorry to rant but my hormones are raging and I can't help myself lol! At 8 weeks pregnant I went to my doctors surgery to confirm my pregnancy with a doctor, he filled out the forms for my midwife and he told us to drop the paper work off at reception and get the bounty pack from them on the way out. So I got to reception and asked them for it, they looked clueless as hell, and came back with an old used bounty pack with nothing in it. So I waited until 11 weeks for my letter for my ultrasound or phone call off midwife and nothing! So I rang my surgery asked if my paper work had gone off and they said yes so I waited a few more days and made an appointment with a different doctor and they said that they have been doing the same thing to lots of ladies, my paperwork hadn't been sent off and the midwife hadn't been contacted! They would have left me keep ringing and ringing until I had done otherwise, it's so ridiculous they don't know how the procedure works. So I had to make another appointment with the midwife and rush everything through. This is where I got extremely peed off with them! I booked an appointment for next week with the surgery to see my midwife for my 16 week check up, the lady on the phone, we'll see you not this Wednesday but next Wednesday laughing along with me as I was so specific. Then yesterday morning I get a phone call from my midwife asking if I was okay as I didn't turn up to my appointment, I apologised and explained and she told me it was okay and to make another appointment for next week to make sure I can get one. So I rang the surgery back and the woman on the phone says to me in a very rude way oh you had an appointment today, so I told her yes but the lady said she would book me in for next week, which I do understand she may have made a mistake, but this woman was really taking the pee!! I feel so bad for getting angry at them but they're just extremely unorganised and rude to patients. The doctors/nurses/midwife there are excellent, it's just getting through to them is the problem because of the terrible office work! GRRRRR angry pregnant woman😡😡
