Working out ππΌπͺπ¦ ... how hard do you push yourself
I have done a ton of research and I've spoken to my doctor. She advised to keep myself in a comfortable range ( able to maintain a conversation) but to continue working out. My issue is that I was running and exercising very regularly pre-pregnancy trying to get into the best shape. I did Orange Theory 3-4 times a week, cycle classes, ran regularly and always pushed myself. Now I just don't feel the same without working out as hard. I miss it!! I've been trying to limit myself to 30 mins of weight lifting and 45 mins of moderate cardio. I'm just curious to what everyone has been doing with their workouts. I know "everyone is different" , I'd just like to see how other people are adjusting their workouts to work for them during pregnancy.
