AF came, & first day is heavy!!
Is it normal for periods to be heavy from the start. My AF isnt light then is heavy for a day and then light and is gone. When i start it pours out heavy and i have so much pressure in my lower back area! Ever since i had the implant in then out (i got it taken out last year because i had my period for several months in a row) my periods have been so heavy!!! 😭😪
