need positive feedback

In June my water broke at 20 weeks 5 days I lost our son. This morning I woke up with bleeding I'm 19 weeks 4 days. I'm currently in the hospital. They did the Doppler he still has a heart beat. I have to wait a few hours before my high risk doctor can examine me. I'm just wondering if anyone has had anything similar and had a positive outcome or what this could be
