Does it hurt to be on top?

I am just wondering if anyone else has this issue. Every once in a blue moon DH and I will try to have sex with me on top because he says he likes it better this way. However most of the time I am unable to because it hurts. And I mean it hurts like up in my lower abdomen (I guess my uterus). Sometimes I am able to take it with very minimal pain, but other times (like last night) it just hurts too much and I have to go back on the bottom.

Also slightly unrelated, does anyone else feel unsatisfied by the actual act of sex? I want sex, but it just doesn't feel.....I don't get enjoyment out of it, only when he fingers me in order to achieve orgasm after we are through with the actual penetration part.....

Because my uterus is so sensitive, my husband and I do not have many options of positions. I enjoy being on top because I am in control. When you are in control, you know when it hurts and can switch it up. I do not sit straight up, though. I lay down on top of him and bounce my hips and butt. I have an orgasm 99% of the time this way.

I find being on top difficult (I'm admittedly not great at it...), but it doesn't hurt.
