Is it wrong to wear your wedding ring before you get married?

My fiance and I are getting married next week and just bought our wedding rings. It's so pretty I want to wear it now! Is it tacky to wear it before were actually married or should I do it anyways?

To me, it's about what it symbolizes and not about how it looks. So I personally wouldn't wear it if I wasn't married.

It's definitely what it symbolizes in my opinion. You aren't married yet so you shouldn't wear it. Just buy a cheap sparkling ring if that's what you want.

Not wrong or tacky.  I just felt like for me it was more of a tradition almost superstitious thing for me. I wanted my husband to put it on my finger and then never take it off.  Like see how many years I can go without taking it off.  Even when I need to remove it I have my husband put it back on ... I know totally crazy

My husband did (I just wore my engagement ring).  Only downside was his stones fell out before..  we got the replacement in time for the ceremony and photos, but it was close. The replacement lost its stones too- and the ring was discontinued by zales- so it wasn't anything he did.  It was a little extra stressful though.

Haha I wore mine at home before the wedding. Told my husband I wanted to practice haha
