pelvic pain right&left
So I'm bout 31 weeks now, due April 18. This past week I've been getting this random pain in my pelvic area left and right side of my lower abdominal. It's a pressure and cramp feeling but goes away randomly I don't see the doctor till Monday but can anyone tell me what it might be? Thank you.
