just wanted to post this cuz I'm so proud

I started a low carb high fat high protein diet I don't track calories and I only exercise once or twice a week I have lost six pounds in 3 weeks after I cut out fast food junk food,soda and stop eating noodles and potatoes every meal I no longer look six months pregnant I'm so comfortable in my skin and feeling sexy again my goal is to lose 20 lbs but I will be happy if I lose 15 I'm 4 month post baby
