Yoni Egg Help?

I'm 18 but I kinda want to try a yoni egg. I am sexually active as of age 17. I'm pretty small about 5'5-6 and 110lbs and was wondering what size I should wear(small-medium) and what the benefits are? Am I too young? Just curious 😗

Shiva Rose has a great article on them (at thelocalrose.com). They are supposed to help you strengthen your pelvis and connect to your body, and have even helped those suffering from trauma. Btw, there was an ill informed campaign against them a while back which Shiva Rose addressed. They do not give you TSS or damage your pelvis if you use it properly.
