my boyfriend never tellls me i'm pretty

I always show him my selfies i take .... and i tell him "do i loook pretty in this picture?" and he just says "it's blurrry .... or you look different " wtf ... i just don't feel pretty anymore since he never tells me i'm beautiful and hot..... Should i leave this relationship for the. disrespect?
