is it just me?

This is my first time writing in this I just would like some help. Today when I was being fingered he pulled them out and told me I was bleeding. Well Monday the same thing happened, and last week or the week before it happened. Is there something wrong do I need to go see a doctor or am I okay. It didn't seem like a lot of blood and there wasn't any on his dick from what I saw. Also I was very emotional about it after he hold me, I wanted to cry and he told me it was all okay. I just felt so embarrassed.
