Work rant

So my boss told me today she cut my hours because it takes me a minute to get up and down from the floor (work in childcare) Even tho in the same sentence agreed that I am still doing my job fine. Then said she doesn't understand why this is because I'm pregnant not handicap. Then called me later to ask a question about a kid. After I answered she then proceeded to tell me I pee too much and it took me too long one time today. And she doesn't understand why I had to pee 3 times in an hour and a half.

I still do my job fine as I work with 2 and a half year olds and three year olds. It doesn't require a lot of chasing kids around. I am beyond believe that she actually said this to me.
