Anyone ever Breast and formula fed...I've been EBF ... but I think my supply is down I don't think she's gettin enough...I pumped about 2oz later when it was time to feed I nursed her but she was stil so cranky I gave her the 2 oz in a bottle she gulped them down so fast like she was starving.... Is there a way to check my supply lol I went  and purchased mothers milk tea And lactation cookies today hopefully they help

You need to pace feed your baby! Google it. If you're gonna bottle feed. How old is your baby. Try and keep baby latched versus supplement. Breast feeding is all supply and demand. Have faith in your body!

I had to supplement with formula the first month you can always feed her than pump to see what you get out and to let your body know you need to produce more

I do, when my bubs gets that frustrated and upset like he's starving I give him a small bottle of formula, he's much happier after after that. I give him just 1 a day in the afternoon and the rest BF because he always gets really upset every afternoon

How old is your baby? She may just be trying to increase your supply and want to cluster feed due to growth spurts which is normal.

Unless you have a medical issue, which is rare, or unless your baby has some latch issues, which happens more frequently, your body is capable of making enough milk. If you feel she isn't getting enough: see a lactation consultant and check for tongue or lip ties.

If you have to supplement with bottles: research alternatives to bottle feeding because it can very quickly cause breast refusal.

Supplementing often leads to supply issues. It is worth making absolutely sure that you have to.

The more you pump and breastfeed the more milk you will produce. If you suplement with formula your supply will decrease. There's no way to measure how much milk your lo is getting just watch her cues and trust that your body knows what it's doing. Your breasts can never be totally empty they're constantly producing milk. I've been ebf for 6 months now.
