normal aches?

I feel like this is normal but I am curious. I'm 18 weeks and I've noticed that my vaginal area is sore, like it feels like I've walked 10 miles quickly. I haven't had sex lately yet the inside of my thighs to below my stomach feel tight and sore, has anyone else felt this?
