my boyfriend tore my asshole last night help!!

So my boy friend were having sex on the couch last night and we were super into it and it was going fairly well... then on one thrust his dick came out of me and went in my butt. It tore my skin and it burns if pee gets on it and I'm really scared. Am I going to get sick from having a wound on my butt?? I don't think poop and blood mix well but I'm not sure. Has anyone had this happen before and what did you do?
