Tmi pic need help
So i have not breastfed in 2 years and i noticed this coming out of my nipples about a year ago , it started with one now its coming out of both but only when i massage my boobs like i use to do when i breast feed. Its a greenish milky color with a green black clear color and tbe milky colored one is sticky. Can anyone tell me what this is and should i be worried
