Am I overreacting?

So I had sex for the first time on Tuesday, and we did it several times through til yesterday. At one point we didn't use a condom. (This surely isn't a huge deal because I'm taking the contraceptive pill anyway),but I did tell my boyfriend to pull out because I still get paranoid and want to be 100% safe. Anyway he pulled out right at the last minute so he did ejaculate briefly when he was still in me. I was really shook after lmao, should I be?
