How many times do u feed ur lo that is 6mths old food? (Solids food)

I take it day by day; we're not on any kind of schedule. If she still seems hungry after nursing (I wait at least a half hour), I put her in her bumbo and offer solids. So anywhere between 1-4 times a day. She's almost 7 months now and I try to make breastfeeding priority still but sometimes she would rather eat real food instead and that's okay too.

Twice a day. I was told by his doctor that his formula has to be the number one nutrition and the baby food is just to introduce him to food for when he's one year old he'll know what he's doing.

He usually sleeps from 930-7 am every day. 
He gets a total of 30oz of formula eveyday and 12oz sounds a day. Eventually I will start giving him breakfast around 830am probably oatmeal as well but waiting until he's 8-9 months and on 8oz bottles.

My LO has cereal in the morning and at night, and then his food of the day for lunch. So far, we've had peas, butternut, carrots, pear and avocado. :). Each food for like 5 days before switching.
