best cup to transition

I'm super over whelmed with soon stopping  EBF at a year. I figured it would be easier to go straight to sippy cup, but there are so many out there. Any suggestions which are best for EBF Babies? I honestly don't want her to use them for long since it's bad for their teeth/speech, would like to go to a straw cup after she gets used to it
