I'm not gonna go into the details yet but I'm currently 5 cm, 70% effaced, and the midwife just broke my water! pain scale 0-10 I'd give my contractions a 2. they just feel like menstrual cramps and aren't lasting more than 40 seconds right now. anyway good luck to all the other mamas 😁 it's not as bad as you think it is!
