What did you use for PUPPS?

Curious what you used that helped? 
I have tried:
Ice packs (only thing that helps)
Diaper rash cream
Benadryl anti itch gel cream
Non scented lotions
Cortisone 10 hydrocortisone cream
Benadryl pills

None of those work except the ice. If it does work it only for about 10 mins. I need something I can use when at work that won't make me drowsy!!!

Any advice helps!!!
..........also I have a horribly small bath tub so soaking or oatmeal baths won't work the water won't reach my tummy!!!

Grandpa's Pine Tar Soap. Give it 24 hours (for me, 2 showers) and you should see a difference. It's $4/bar and one bar lasted my whole pregnancy. Whole Foods and Amazon sell it!

Maybe make thick oatmeal and use it like a mask on your belly

I read a lot that tea tree oil is the closest thing to a cure that you'll find. I've read it works better than anything a doctor can give you. I would dilute it with coconut oil (which should help soothe it as well). Worth a try 😬

My doctor prescribed a steroid cream that helped a lot.

The only thing that worked for me was ice packs 😞 I also made sure to wear long sleeves and long pants all the time so I couldn't do much damage. I hope you're far enough along that you don't have to keep suffering!
