Is your SO more optimistic than you are

About ttc? I am only 7dpo, and he has already been asking me for symptom updates! He seems to be turned on by it or something! We've been trying for a year  and a half, so I don't know why he is so optimistic! I have to admit, though, it makes me feel so much better, knowing that he hasn't given up hope!
