How should I bring up getting on BC with my mom? I've been having sex for about a month and a half now, we use condoms and he pulls out, but I want to get on BC because I'm incredibly paranoid. I don't know how to bring it up or talk to her about it without her restricting my time with him or not trusting me anymore

Typically at a health clinic like Planned Parenthood, you don't need an adults signature or consent to get birth control. However, if you think there's a possibility that your mom would be okay with it, I would definitely try talking to her.

I certainly think adults have a bad mind set. Of course they don't want their kids having sex. But if it's already happening, would they rather you be protected or not?

Although your mother doesn't want to hear about her child having sex with her boyfriend, as a mom, I think she would do everything she can to help you prevent pregnancy. 😊 Just bring up the subject to her calmly, have a genuine conversation, and take into consideration of what she says.
If there is no way she would be okay with getting you on birth control, go to a local clinic, or Planned Parenthood. I don't think you have to have a parent consent.

I was in the same situation years ago. I didn't want to tell my mom so I went in to get birth control I didn't need my mom's signature or anything I just went and got it and I didn't have to tell her. I went to planned parenthood tho I don't know if you have one near you but you could look into it.
