❗️Question, help 😩 . ❗️🐣

I am officially 5 weeks & 6 days pregnant today . I've had went to the doctor when I was 5W3days they couldn't see nothing, no yolk sac nothing!😔 went back yesterday for my hcg Levels & they Double!😄 normal. My question is baby still growing? I've haven't had any bleeding at all just mild cramping because of growth . Please help I just want to know if someone went through the same ?
