Will specialist check PH of vagina and make sure the sperm are staying a live in there?

For some reason my gut is telling me that might be the issue. My husbands semen analysis came back fine. Should I ask for this test? Idk how to bring it up cause I don't want to act like I know this stuff when I really don't. We meet with the specialist Monday
