This question may be a little TMI

My period just ended yesterday and today since I got home from work my vagina appears to be kinda dry and raw and there's also a little bit of blood from it being raw I've never done anything to myself or had sex while dry could it just be because my period just ended or could I possibly have a UTI or a yeast infection also I would like to ask if douching could improve my problem and where I could find a kit that is not super expensive TIA
