Aching Ribs!! Help!

Does anyone else have a passenger invading their ribs to the point that it feels like just below your sternum, right where your rib cage would come together, could be bruised?! This area is so incredibly sensitive and sore even just to the touch and I don't know what to do to help it :'( I have a really short torso so I knew she wouldn't have a ton of room to stretch her little body out but it seriously hurts so bad!!
