Bleeding Question

I'm 4 weeks postpartum from csection and still bleed pretty heavy. I was a post-partum hemorgager. I've started noticing on top of still bleeding pretty well a few times a day I'll pass a pretty large clot the size of maybe a gulf ball. It's not often enough to freak out about. But I will ask my doctor about it at my next followup.

I was wondering when you all stopped your postpartum bleeding or if your still having it, and if your still having it is it light or heavy? Is it normal to have it heavy at 4 week?

No I'm not a FTM, but I honestly can't remember how my bleeding was last time, it's been 9 years. Plus last time even though I hemorrhaged too it was a vaginal birth. I'm wondering if the csection recovery is causung excess bleeding.
