friction burn??

Heyyyy I did a lot of walking yesterday and in the crease between my thigh and vagina area I've got this come up... It feels like a friction burn and is right where my knickers sit.. I also slept for like 12 hours in a weird position I was soooo drunk I think, there's no raised bumps or anything it's just flat and feels like a graze. Have u girls ever had anything like this before ??? also what can I do ??? It doesn't hurt unless I touch it and I actually can't even notice it's there until this morning when I felt a lil something something and wanted to you know what 😂😂😂😂😂😂
