I have a circumcision question for any ladies living in the U.K.: how common is it here to circumcise your newborn if a boy? I am an American living in London and though we will wait until birth to know the gender of our baby, today I realized that in the U.K. It may not be as common place as it is in the US (where they will literally circumcise the baby boy minutes or hours after birth). So if you are a U.K. Mommy and have had boys are having a boy, can you share any knowledge on the subject? Is it something NHS will do or only private?
