Pregnant after miscarriage?

Hey ladies! So I had a really early miscarriage on Jan 25th. I feel like in having pregnancy symptoms again so I fear that I may already be pregnant again not even a month later. Its way too soon to test but I am wondering the likelihood of being pregnant again so soon. Please share experiences and maybe facts. Thank you!

I'm in a similar situation. Had a chemical pregnancy 1/26/17 and there's a possibility I could be pregnant again. I will test next week. I've read on here people get pregnant again without a period in between early miscarriages all the time. My OB said to wait one cycle for LMP dating reasons. I believe your body will get pregnant again when it's ready. Good luck to you 💕
