HR 80 to 90 driving me crazy
So I recently purchased a fitbit to track my calorie output, HR, and sleeping patterns. As a result I am seeing first hand why I feel so winded all the time. My normal HR is 60-70 however, I am finding myself constantly above 80, almost always 90. I am an active person and tend to exercise daily, but I never expected this HR to stay high. Goodness gracious 😩
