Hard Bump?

There's a hard (small marble sized) bump on my lady bits that I can feel under my skin. But it's not red and it doesn't hurt when I touch it. However my main concern is that I don't know how long its been there. I kinda just stumbled across it while shaving my legs. Btw my clitoris has been hurting all day for no reason? So should I go to the doctor or leave it alone? And if I do go I understand that there is a doctor specifically for issues down there so should I go there or my regular doctor (I'm 16 but I've never been before)?
