Any tips for LDRs??

I'm in a long distance relationship and it gets hard at times, so are there any tips to make it go the distance, as well as ways to deal with missing my partner.

I'm in a long distance relationship. The advice I'd give you is that keep good communication. That's what it's all about and trust. As long as you have those two factors it will work. I know it sucks not seeing the person as much as you would like but if this person is special to you it is definitely worth it!

Make sure you're making time to talk!!! Plan visits, video chat(me and my bf only do it every once and a while). There will be nights of crying (if you're a crybaby like me😅😂😂). Sometimes you'll feel so lonely and question it all but once you two get together you'll know why you're doing this. Saying that, T R U S T. Trust trust trust! Make sure you 10000000% trust them. They second that is gone the relationship will start to slip. You won't be able to know where they are who they're with what they're doing. You have to believe them and trust them with everything. It's going to be crazy but it's totally worth it.

(And don't let people make you feel down with "most ldr don't last" it lasts if both of you trust and love(or like) each other with everything☺️)

I've been in mine for almost 4 years now and we're closing the gap this year. Communication over technology is your best friend; skyping, gaming together, watching movies, etc. help immensely. You need to be organized as far as planning trips to each other. Send gifts every once in a while or care packages. Make a plan for the future, etc. Much luck

I've been in one for awhile now & know how you feel. Some days it just hurts, to miss them. This is going to sound obvious but communication is key. We FaceTime'd every night for like an hour or so (we both worked 6 AM-8 PM jobs). But make it fun. So we would both watch Netflix on our computers & then FaceTime each other while doing that. Or if either of you are into games, there's a lot of apps that you can play against someone, just type his name in. Biggest thing: be sure to always tell each other you are in this together!
