I had a 40 hour labour and dilated to a 9 when baby got stuck. Couldn't dilate past a 9 and then developed an infection and high fever. Doctor tried to manually rotate her head three times but it failed. Had to have an emergency c section.

I was induced due to a slightly elevated blood pressure. (And I mean SLIGHTLY. It was ridiculous.) Started pitocin around 11pm (then took me off cause baby didn't like it 🤷🏼‍♀️), broke my water around midnight, she was born at 3:50am. And we share a birthday!

I was induced at 38w4d it started with cervidil then pitocin and a dr who broke my water at 1-2 cm. I was in labor for 52 hours and pushed for 2 hours only to find out our baby girl was face up and wasn't going to make it past my pelvic bone. I'm glad my little girl is here safe and healthy. But I'm annoyed at my medical providers. They told me that I needed to be induced because of my diabetes (had prior to pregnancy). It was very well controlled throughout my pregnancy.  The docs seemed to care more about what was good for them not good for me. I wanted to breastfeed and was not able to. The long stressful induction followed by our daughters stay in the nicu made it difficult. Then seemingly impossible. Now I know better for baby number two.

FTM vaginal delivery. labor for about 6-7 hours. pushed 15 mins pop goes the baby🕺 3 weeks early but perfectly healthy

18 hour labour with a back to back baby.. an hour and a quarter of pushing for baby to get stuck. Heart rate dropped so resulted in emergency c section at 41+2 weeks. Baby boy weighed in at 9lb 11oz 😳 hardly surprising he got stuck as I'm only tiny.

Ftm Vaginally with no medication at 39 weeks exactly. Lobored for 3 hours and pushed for 4 minutes.

Induced at 39 weeks due to gestational diabetes and thinking baby would be over weight. After 6 hours in her heart rate kept dropping and i wasnt going past 8cm, had to go in for emergency C section. She weighed 6lb14oz and def would have had shoulder distotia so thank God!

Prostaglandin induction which resulted in 5 hour labour, vaginal delivery with episiotomy. Pushed for nearly 2 hours, given pethidine only an hour before fully dilated as no one including me realised I was in labour, thought it was just cramps from the prostaglandin, this made my contractions quite short and hard to get a proper push. Had her hand up by her face which is why I needed the episiotomy to fit her out ☺.

I was 3 days past due date. Had a NST to check on baby. Everything looked ok but he was not moving as much. I was already 4cm and having irregular contractions so they kept me and started induction. Pitocin started at 1 pm and baby out at 5:12 pm 5 min of pushing.  Much faster than my first, who took 2.5 hrs of pushing.
