Cravings
Anyone else have a hard time controlling junk food cravings? I've been trying so hard to eat healthy, and I've been looking into controlling cravings which basically just says replace what you're craving with something healthy.
I feel like it's nearly impossible to do when you're so focused on one specific thing you want to eat, nothing else compares! I've tried it, and even after I'm completely full on whatever I've replaced my craving with, I still want the craving, it's driving me nuts 😂😜
