progesterone pills (yellow)

So I'm on progesterone because I haven't had a period in a long time. And this is my second night taking them and my body feels weak and heavy and I can't concentrate whatsoever. I'm dizzy and tired. Has anyone experienced this. I'm so scared that I'm going to die. I need to know if this goes away so I can get sleep. Every time I move I feel like I'm drugged and drunk. I'm panicking and I need help. My mom says it's normal but I feel like it's not normal. Every time I look around my eye sight feels like I can't focus
