worried 😔

So I'm going in for an ultrasound on Thursday to test to see if I have cysts on my ovaries or not. I have heard that a lot of the cases with cysts on ovaries are harmless and doesn't affect chances for future children and all that but I cannot help but sit here and be worried... has anybody else been through this or have any word of advice to help me with this horrible anxiety right now 😓
