Are there any nurses here???

I'm freaking out a little. Yeterday my husband and I went o look at some property we are considering buying and I got scratched by some barbed wire (it wasn't rusty, but I know that doesn't really make a difference) through my jeans. My jeans didn't rip and I didn't bleed much. I didn't even know it had punctured skin until I started to go to bed. We cleaned it with peroxide and put Neosporin and band aids on it. Hubby checked to make sure there were no dirt or other foreign bodies in the scratch. Should I be worried about tetanus? I have been reading about it and it's kinda acting me. This is my scratch with peroxide (lol)
