Is there any chance that you may NOT get pregnant while breastfeeding??? I have heard a lot of people say that if you only breastfeed your baby, you won't get pregnant. Is that true?

No, I was exclusively breastfeeding my first and found out I was expecting again before he was 6 months old. Never got my period back either.

Midwife told me if there's a six hour gap between any feeds you can ovulate x

It is less likely that you will become pregnant but it is not fool-proof. It can be hard to even use natural family planning because you ovulate before you get your first period. It is important to use alternative contraception until then unless you are fine with another potential pregnancy.

It's supposed to be a thing but there are plenty of people that have accidently got pregnant while exclusively breast feeding
