I'm out

I think I'm out this month ladies 😞😞 boobs getting hella sore. 7 days b4 AF that's my very usual symptom. Now this is our 2nd month ttc. I'm 36 - My dh is 49 but his gf, father and brother all had children well into 40's and 50's actually. My question is is it time to buy a home sperm checker? I use fertility monitor and it is accurate and follow all the rules to ttc. So idk why none have made it to my egg?? 😞😞 is it too early in the ttc process to feel so disappointed?
