Racing Heart at end of 2nd Trimester?

I'm 25 almost 26 weeks and for the past week my heart has been racing for short periods durning the day. It makes me feel super sick and faint. I'm not exercising or doing anything really and it goes crazy. Twice I've had a hard time settling it down. I asked my doctor about it and she didn't really seem to care but it freaks me out bc it's my heart! Anyone else deal with this before?

Happens to me too but I have a bad heart so I assumed it was that 😅

This happens to me daily,  several times a day actually. I'm 27 weeks with twins and some time just putting my shoes on I feel short of breath and my heart begins to race like I've been running. Im fairly sure it's just because my blood press has dropped which happens a lot too. Let your Dr know. And try to relax when this happens so your heart will go back to normal quicker.

Yup, I experienced it this week, and I even went to urgent care for it. Turns out it's a pregnancy side effect.

This happens to me too. It's usually only happens when there's pressure on my back like lounging on the couch, laying in bed and sometimes even if my husband hugs me from behind.
