just trying to be prepared either way, 28w. c-section question

So our little guy has been breech for about a month now, and I KNOW he can still turn. But I'm curious about when they schedule c-sections for babies that haven't turned by a certain time? And our little guy (HAHA), has been measuring 2 1/2 weeks ahead consistently since 20 weeks. And he's been weighing ahead as well. So with that in mind, is he due to come earlier as well, and would that affect when a c-section would be scheduled? Genuinely curious and tying to prepare myself for a vaginal birth or c-section.
