TTC "officially"

I am 32 y/o and my husband and I have "officially" started TTC this month. This will be cycle 1. We have been together for about 10 years and have never been pregnant. I had a MC when I was 20 y/o with another partner. My husband has been dx w/ low sperm count, so he is taking Fertileaid for men and motility boost. We have agreed to give it a few months then redo a SA and see if it increases. I have been checked out and beside a tilted uterus i'm good. I ovulated this month around CD15! So I'm praying 🙏 these vitamins help my SO. Next cycle I'm going to try softcut and preseed. I don't think there are any vitamins I can take to help, since my cycles are regular. Any advice is welcomed :)
